Try using a wickless candle with a warmer. Not only no co2 but your candles will last longer.

One of the benefits of soy wax candles is that they burn at a much lower temperature, and therefore will not burn should you spill some of the melted wax onto the skin. You can even use the melted wax as a moisturizer for the hands, it will leave them beautifully soft and smooth.

They will burn cleanly and will not release any harmful soot, black toxic smoke or CO2 into the air. Breathing this in over any length of time can be very harmful to the human body. Black smoke and soot will discolor walls and soft furnishings, and can be quite difficult to remove.
